Black & Decker DS700 6-Volt Cordless Electric Shrubber Reviews
Years ago I owned one of these trimmers(& loved it), but the new models are a lot lighter. I’m a woman in my mid-50’s & wanted something light & cordless. I can whip through a bush using only one hand. I wanted something that would do light trimming & would be quick & hassle free. This is it! No cord to mess with. Now, you lose something in these smaller, lighter trimmers. And that’s a lot of power. It’s NOT for heavy duty trimming. It is great for boxwoods & I even trim my forsythia bushes with it (although some of the branches are too thick for the trimmer to cut through). I’ve also used it on my rose bushes & it does a great job. For light trimming, I would definitely recommend this trimmer.
